Daily Nap Full Review

Oh dear! Poor old Daily Nap. One minute you are moving along steadily providing your daily tips and then suddenly – whoosh! You are gone.

Sadly the Daily Nap is no longer available on the Betting Gods website and has been pulled from service, so making this review somewhat redundant. The tips are still available to current subscribers but not to new ones.

It seems like it really is law of the jungle out there in tipping – you either need to hit the big time quickly or you are squashed.

We feel a bit sorry for this one, it wasn’t like they were doing terribly, just a 15 point loss so far.

But there doesn’t seem to be much doing an in-depth review here other than to say there were things to like about this service, including all the results being recorded at Betfair SP and with just one tip per day, it was super-easy to follow.

Things started off promisingly but we have sadly finished the trial in deficit, with 14 losers from the last 15 bets rather putting the kibosh on things.

Oh well, there you are! I suppose if things improve and this service is re-offered to the public we may update this review. Otherwise it is adios to the Daily Nap – we are off for a siesta…

Daily Nap – Results Update

26th December 2015

A slight decline for the Daily Nap since our last update just over a month ago. They have lost just over 3 points in that time to sit 5.67 points down overall.

You can view full results here.

Whilst we would normally be concluding the trial at this point after 3 months, we are yet to hit the minimum 100 bet mark so will run the trial for another month.

So back in a month’s time with our final thoughts on the Daily Nap.

Daily Nap – Results Update

19th November 2015

Still fairly quiet times for the Daily Nap since our last update three weeks ago – so quiet in fact that maybe they have been having a nap themselves!

No we joke of course, they have still been supplying tips everyday but it has been quiet in terms of the results with just 3 points gained since our last update.

That leaves them 2 points down overall after two months of the trial.

So no disaster but more work to be done to get things moving into the black.

Back soon with further updates.

Daily Nap – Results Update

28th October 2015

Things have remained fairly quiet for the Daily Nap, with just over one point lost since our last update three weeks ago.

That means in total they are 5 points down in total.

You can view full results here.

Let’s see if they can pick up the pace a bit during the remainder of the trial – otherwise we may have to go off for a little nap ourselves…

Daily Nap – Results Update

7th October 2015

Now despite what you may be thinking, the Daily Nap isn’t something devoted to describing those late-afternoon snoozes we all think about taking at work when we’ve had a long day – it is in fact a horse racing tipster who provides one selection per day – their “nap.”

The service started tipping in March and has managed a very good strike rate of 44% since then.

We started our trial on 20th September, so how have things been going?

Well, overall they are slightly down, standing at -3.69 points so far.

You can view full results here.

But what is interesting is that it has been something of a mini-roller coaster so far. They started with 7 losers in a row, which was obviously a tough start.

Then they hit 5 winners in a row – great stuff!

That was followed by four losers, until we had a winner yesterday. Hopefully that’s the start of another winning run.

The nice thing about this service is that all selections are simply backed at Betfair SP and with only one bet day, it is super-easy to follow.

We’ll return soon with more updates on whether the roller coaster ride continues!

Daily Nap – New Review

20th September 2015

There is something quite appealing about tipsters that provide just one tip per day.

For starters, it means minimal time on the part of the punter to get the bets on.

Secondly, it makes you feel like the one tip is the very strongest bet of the day and must have a lot going for it.

On the other hand, one could argue that there shouldn’t be a pre-set number of tips, whether it be one, two, or any other number and the tipster should just tip as many horses as they believe will win on a given day.

The results of the Daily Nap tipping service so far suggest the former argument wins out over the latter, as they have amassed a very impressive 48 points profit to one point level stakes at a return on investment (ROI) of 26.17% in 4 months.

That is at a high strike rate as well at 44%, which is always good to see. Even more encouraging is that those results are to Betfair SP, so no fantasy prices that are unobtainable.

As usual, we will conduct a three month trial of this service and see if it can live up to its previous results under test conditions.

We will provide regular updates on its progress during the trial, but in the meantime you can check out the Daily Nap here.
