The flat season is now coming to an end so the focus for the next few months will be the high quality jumps meetings at courses like Cheltenham and Kempton.

We are in that in-between phase at the moment as the jumps season winds down but before the flat really gets going, so the action has been pretty thin on the ground lately – even thinner than usual for this tipster! 

We may see things pick up a little though as the flat season gets going from May.

It’s been a very quiet February with no tips so far this month, but the tipster seems to be gearing themselves up for Cheltenham in a couple of weeks where they are expecting to have a few wagers.

As we’ve commented before this service is a slow mover but the results have moved along very steadily and surely during our trial so we certainly can’t complain.

Things have been going along nicely for horse racing tipster First Class Racing recently, with a profit of 7 points made at advised prices since our last update. 

That means they are now 19 points up for our trial overall at advised prices.

The Betfair SP results continue to track pretty closely with those at advised prices, with a profit of 5 points also made since our last update and 15 points profit made for our trial overall at BSP. 

The tipster also picked out the winner of the Derby, Lambourn, at 14/1 as an unofficial bet, so for those that followed there were extra profits.

Even excluding that bet however, 10 of the last 12 tips have been winners. They are generally favourites, but even so it’s an impressive tally.

With a high strike rate like this service has it’s possible to build a bank quite steadily.

Just a reminder this is a low-volume favourite-backing horse racing service from renowned tipster Mel Gee.

It has performed well in our trial but is more of a slow burner than most of the services we review so may not suit everyone’s style of betting, but the results to date have been solid.
