JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – 15 Month Update

We have been following JK Diego’s Draw Betting System for 15 months now so thought it would be a good time for an update.

In our original review (see below), we awarded the service a PASSED rating and 4.5 stars after it produced $4366 profit over a six month trial.

So how has it done since then?

Well we are pleased to report it has continued to perform admirably and is now over $10,000 up to $100 flat stakes since we started following the service 15 months ago.

You can view full results here.

Those are some of the best results we’ve seen from a footy tipster over a sustained period so we are more than happy to continue with our passed rating and 4.5 stars recommendation for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System.

OVERALL VERDICT: PASSED

It’s undoubtedly one of the most consistent and profitable football strategies we’ve come across from the hundreds of systems we’ve tested in all our years of soccer betting.

Update Notes

Just a note on a couple of amendments to our original review, as the service has evolved over the time since then.

In our original review we found that cashing out at 85 minutes produced the best results, although now having a much bigger sample size of over 1600 bets, it appears that there isn’t much difference between letting the bets run to full time and cashing out. It was probably the case that we experienced an unusually high number of late goals in our original review which wasn’t maintained over a longer period.

The other issue to note with cashing out is that where selections aren’t available on Betfair and you use bookies to place your bets, often you don’t get great value for cashing out. This is an area where the bookies have quite a high mark up and don’t tend to give a fair deal to punters, which is a shame.

On the other hand cashing out does shorten the losing runs, so some people prefer that (please note on our spreadsheet we use average cash-out odds of 1.25-1.29 at 85 mins based on Betfair exchange odds but bookies’ cash-out odds may be worse).

Another point to note is that in our original review we had cautioned against using the increasing stake system on the basis that the losses could get out of hand. Whilst we would still maintain flat stakes – or a percentage of your bank – is the best way of following the service, JK has recently set out a stop-loss approach for the increasing stake system that at least limits the losses and makes it more manageable.

It could therefore be something to consider and the profits would be over $20,000 for the increasing stake system over the last 15 months, although a larger starting bank would be needed as well.

Anyway, whichever way you follow the service JK Diego’s Draw Betting System has continued to demonstrate a clear edge over the market for over 15 months now and maintains a definite “thumbs up” from us!

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Full Review

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System is a football tipping service that purely backs the draw in soccer matches around the world.

It has been causing quite a stir in the betting world with some quite remarkable results achieved, with over 350 points profit to 1-point level stakes in 2018. It appears to be the first time for quite a while a tipster has found a way to make a sustainable and substantial profit from betting on football.

The theory behind betting on the draw in football matches is that it is vastly under-bet, as the great majority of people want to bet on one team or the other to win a game. As we have discussed previously, there is value to be found in backing the draw, which this article confirms.

From that starting point, JK Diego has crunched the numbers for over 8 years, refining his strategy of betting on the draw and identifying the key factors to focus on. Through all this work he seems to have perfected his approach.

Results

So that’s the theory, but how did it get on in practice?

We ran an extended six month trial that encompassed a very good sample size of over 660 bets.

There are different ways suggested for following the tips, with the main three below and their results:

  • – Backing all the tips at level stakes = $822 profit
  • – Backing them with level stakes but trading the games out at 85 minutes if they are drawing at that point = $4,366 profit
  • – Backing the tips with a staking-recovery method of increasing your stake by 1.5x until you hit a winner and then starting again = $8,992 profit. [You can see full results for this here].

Although it might look like the third method was the best, when you take the risk factor and betting bank required into account, the second method was in fact by far the best.

The problem with the increasing stake system is that if you get a long losing run the stakes can end up getting completely out of hand. At one stage during our trial there was a 17-bet losing streak, which meant by the 18th bet you would have been staking over $19,000 on the match and would have been $37,000 down by that stage.

Suffice to say if you are going to follow that method it would be advisable to have a bank of at least $100,000 and even that could be at risk if a really bad run of say 20 losers in a row was hit. Plus you could struggle to get your bets on at those kind of stakes, particularly in the more obscure leagues that JK sometimes tips in.

So overall we couldn’t recommend the increasing-stake system and would suggest using level stakes – or alternatively betting a fixed percentage of your bank on each bet (e.g. 2% of your betting bank on each tip).

Then in terms of whether to just place the bets and let them run or to trade them out, during our review it was clear that trading them out at 85 minutes (if the match is drawing) was the better option.

Here is the profit graph for the trading-out method. Although there was a dip halfway through, overall it was very good growth:

Not only did the trading-out generate an extra $3,500 profit to $100 stakes, but the strike rate was also higher at 44% versus 33% for letting them run.

It is also much less wearing on the nerves as you don’t have to suffer those agonising injury-time goals that ruin your bet after having sat through 90 minutes of thinking you were going to have a winner!

Achieving over $4,000 profit to $100 stakes at a 44% strike rate is obviously fantastic going, particularly in football betting which is notoriously difficult.

However, it does come at a price with a very high subscription cost of $497 per month.

It is understandable that JK charges this amount, as there is huge demand for his tips given his record and if they were much cheaper, the odds on his tips would crash – particularly in the more obscure leagues he often tips in.

But in reality it means you need to have a big enough bank to make it worthwhile following the tips once you have taken subscription costs into account.

So we think a betting bank of at least $5,000 would be needed if backing at $100 stakes.

If you have that kind of betting bank available then JK Diego is one of the best football tipsters we have ever come across and deserves his plaudits for having made a valuable breakthrough in the world of football betting.

On that basis it is a definite PASSED rating from us for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System.

Service Breakdown

Ease of use: The tips are normally sent out early in the morning UK time.  With an average of 3-4 bets per day there is a little bit of work involved in following the service, but not too much by any means.

Availability of prices: JK doesn’t include advised odds with his tips but we used generally available prices for our results and included Betfair prices where available.

Strike rate: The strike rate for the trial was 44% for trading out the drawing games at 85 minutes, which is very good. If just letting the games run the strike rate was 33%.

Advised Betting Bank: No betting bank is advised for following the service, but we think given the strike rate and losing runs, a 50 point bank would be reasonable at flat stakes.

Subscription costs: As discussed, the subscription costs are high, but understandably so,  at $175 per week or $497 per month.

OVERALL VERDICT: PASSED

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System produced excellent results of over $4300 profit to $100 stakes over our six month trial if trading the games out at 85 minutes.

With an excellent strike rate of 44%, this receives a clear PASSED rating. The subscription costs are high however so you need to have sufficient funds available to make it worthwhile. If you have the necessary funds available though this is undoubtedly a top service.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Results Update

1st July 2019

It’s been a huge roller coaster over the last month for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System, with some big ups and downs during the course of June.

In the end one-point level staking finished one point up, meaning JK is now 13 points up at one-point level stakes for our trial overall.

You can view full results here.

The real story of the month though was the increasing-stake system, which with a disastrous run of 17 consecutive losses culminated in what we had been warning about previously. The staking got to a colossal $19,919 by the 18th match. Not to mention that you would have been over $39,000 down by that stage!

Yes thankfully the 18th bet did win, netting over $37,000 profit, but the question is: would you have been able to get your stake on by that stage – and perhaps more pertinently – would you have any of your betting bank left?

This for us is proof that any form of loss-recovery doesn’t really work – eventually you hit a point where you can’t afford it anymore or you can’t get your bets on. In essence, it’s the reason the Martingale system is so infamous in gambling circles.

So we hope everyone following JK’s picks will now be using flat staking or something akin to it, if they weren’t already after our warnings.

As for the trading out option, it didn’t have such a great month in June losing 7 points, but is still considerably outpacing letting it run, with 30 points profit made for our trial overall versus 13 for letting it run (all flat staking). You can see full workings for the trade-out option here.

Anyway, with just one month left in our review, let’s hope it finishes in style.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Results Update

1st June 2019

A small decline for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System at level staking since our last update, with a loss of 3 points made.

That means at level staking he is now 12 points up for our trial overall.

You can view full results here.

JK’s increasing stake system (which is a form of loss-recovery whereby you start with $20 and then stake 1.5 times more each time until you hit a winner) has had another excellent month with a profit of $2,614 made and $6,783 profit amassed for our trial overall.

As we say each time however, you would need a huge bank and nerves of steel if following the increasing stake system (without trading out).

The trading out at 85 mins option continues to significantly outpace letting it run, with another 11 points profit made at level stakes since our last update and 37 points profit made overall, versus 12 points in total for letting it run, so a 25 point difference (or $2,500 if using $100 flat stakes). You can see full workings for the trade-out option here.

As we mentioned last time, if you are using JK’s staking system then trading at 85 mins would be a good option as it would reduce the losing streaks and mean you don’t have to stake as high.

So the returns have been quite variable depending on which system you are using but overall for our trial all the staking systems are well in profit.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Results Update

1st May 2019

More profits for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System, with another 5 points profit added at 1-point level stakes since our last update.

That means we are now 15 points up for our trial overall at 1-point level stakes.

You can view full results here.

JK’s increasing stake system (which is a form of loss-recovery whereby you start with $20 and then stake 1.5 times more each time until you hit a winner) has had an excellent month with a profit of $2139 made and $4169 profit amassed for our trial overall.

As we said last time however, you would need a huge bank and nerves of steel if following the increasing stake system.

However, if you combined JK’s staking system with the trade-out at 85 minutes option, you would not have had to endure such long losing runs and therefore not had to increase your stakes as much as if letting it run.

For example with the horror run back in February when there were 14 losers in a row, using the increasing stake system you would have had to stake over $5,000 on the 15th match.

However, if trading out at 85 mins, you would have had two winners during that run and only had to go up to stakes of $345, making it much more manageable.

So combining the two would appear to be a decent option, although as we say you would still need a sizable bank for this.

The trading out at 85 mins is still outpacing letting it run overall, although not as much as previously, with an extra 12 points having been made at 1-point level stakes from trading the games out throughout our trial. You can view the full workings on that here.

One staking option we have not assessed yet is progressive staking (e.g. risk 2% of your bank on each selection) and we think ultimately that could prove the most powerful approach over the long run, but it would take some time to work out the figures on that.

In any event, results to date have continued to be very good whichever option you use so this is still looking like one of the best football systems we have encountered in a long time.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Results Update

1st April 2019

A very small loss of 1 point at level stakes for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System since our last update a month ago.

That means he is now 10 points up for our trial overall at 1-point level stakes.

You can view full results here.

It has been a much better month using JK’s increasing stake system (which is a form of loss-recovery whereby you start with $20 and then stake 1.5 times more each time until you hit a winner), with a profit of $2106 made since our last update and $2030 profit made for our trial overall.

As we said last time however, you would need a huge bank and nerves of steel if following the increasing stake system.

However, the really big news is that we have discovered a way of following the selections that would have produced significantly more profit.

On JK’s website it says:

“Since late goals are common in soccer, you can always choose to cash-out your winnings, e.g. in the 85th minute, to secure a game that is currently in a tie but a late goal is likely.”

So we took a look at this and crunched the numbers on all the games since our live trial started, as if you had traded them out at 85 mins (if they are drawing at that time) rather than letting them run to full-time.

And guess what?

It produced a HUGE increase in profit, bringing in a whopping 35 points profit for our trial so far at level stakes, compared to just ten points if letting the games run. So that’s an extra 25 points profit, or £2,500 if backing at £100 level stakes.*

Not only that, but it increased the strike rate from 34% to 47%, meaning more winners, shorter losing streaks and a lot less frustration from having a goal go against you in the 95th minute!

You can check out our full workings on the trade out option here. (Please note the trade-out figures are based on backing at average odds of 3.05 and trading out at 1.25).

We will continue to monitor this for the remainder of our trial. However, it seems a “no-brainer” really to use this approach given all the advantages and increased profit.

Most games you can trade out on Betfair, but some games are not available on Betfair due to being in obscure leagues, so for those ones you will either need a bookie that has a cash-out option, which most of them do these days, or to dutch both teams to win for the relevant amounts.

Anyway, we thought that update would be helpful if you are following the service and means this system – one of the most promising football ones we have come across in some time – could be even more profitable!

*previously this was estimated at 42 points profit, but this probably overestimated the trade out value at 158, whereas 144 seems more accurate as a trade out value.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – Results Update

1st March 2019

It’s been a very good start to our trial of JK Diego’s Draw Betting System, with 11 points profit made so far to 1-point level stakes.

You can view full results here.

Using JK’s increasing stake system (which is a form of loss-recovery whereby you start with $20 and then stake 1.5 times more each time until you hit a winner, then go back to the beginning), so far a loss of $76 has been made.

Regular followers will know we are not big fans of loss-recovery systems and this was illustrated early on in our trial when JK hit a 14-bet losing streak, which meant by the 15th bet you would have had to stake $5902 if following that approach.

Thankfully that 15th bet won, but it demonstrates that if you are going to follow the loss-recovery system you need a very large bank – and nerves of steel!

We have been using level staking however and that has been much more comfortable and working very well. Even with the bad run early on, JK has fought back valiantly and the results are living up to our expectations so far. As we said at the outset, most footy services would be delighted with 20-30 points profit in a year to 1-point level stakes and JK has managed 11 points already in just a few weeks.

We can see this is potentially an overlooked area of gambling to bet solely on the draw in certain leagues with certain teams and there does seem to be an edge over the bookies – although of course it is still too early in our review to make any firm conclusions.

It is worth also mentioning that the free tips JK sent out for Chinese New Year made a nice 4 points profit at level stakes or $629 using the loss-recovery staking – you can view those results in the second tab of our results spreadsheet at the bottom.

And free tips he has sent since then have made a further 7 points or $309 profit, although some of those are JK sending out a sample of his main tips so aren’t to be counted “double” as such.

As we said at the outset, this service is for high rollers only, as the subscription costs are high at $497/month or $175/week, so you need a large bank to be able to bet at high enough levels to cover the subscription fees.

Anyway, the bottom line is we have been impressed with this so far and let’s hope for more of the same going forward.

JK Diego’s Draw Betting System – New Review

1st February 2019

Occasionally something comes along that makes you think “this could be special” and today’s new review is one of those occasions. In fact we would say we haven’t been so excited about a new system for quite a while.

That is because when you look at the results for JK Diego’s Draw Betting System (or as he also refers to it – “Get Rich Soccer Betting”), you will be blown away.

The headline figures are that he made over $100,000 profit in 2018, which on its own is pretty incredible.

That would be staking at quite high levels however, but even those starting with $20 stakes and using the advised staking would have been making around $2,000 profit per month on average.

Breaking it down further, we crunched the numbers (which took quite some time!) and found that even just at 1 point level stakes the profits for last year were over 350 points.

That is pretty much unheard of in football betting, where if someone makes 20-30 points profit to 1 point level stakes in a year it is considered very good.

We have been wracking our brains here at HBR trying to think of any football service that has delivered anything close to this and to be honest we can’t think of anything.

So what’s the service all about and how has JK managed such great results?

Well as the title suggests, it is all about betting on the draw in football matches. JK has crunched the numbers for over 8 years refining his strategy and seems to have perfected it.

As we have discussed previously, there is value to be found in backing the draw which this article in the Guardian confirms.

But JK has taken it even further and managed to achieve a 43% strike rate on his draw picks at an average price 3.15.

So if you are winning nearly half your bets at odds of over 2/1, you are talking about a hell of a lot of profit!

Now given such fantastic results, it is not surprising that JK Diego has had to take action to protect the prices of his picks and therefore subscription prices do not come cheap.

However, if you have a large enough bankroll then the subscription fees would have been comfortably covered by the profits made to date. Plus there are also weekly and daily trial options so you can dip your toe in the water before deciding to take up a full monthly subscription.

They are also running a free tips Challenge at the moment to try and make $500 profit by the Chinese New Year, so you can get those by signing up for e-mails on the website.

We have been following the free tips and they have made $322 profit so far after 7 days, so very much living up to expectations.

We are really looking forward to reviewing this service because as we say, if its previous results can be repeated during our trial then we are talking about something pretty special.

So please check back here for updates on how the trial is going as we will be updating results regularly.

In the meantime you can check out JK Diego’s Draw Betting System here.

    Hi
I bought this guys ebook last Wednesday which comes with 7 days free tips. Starting Thursday 11 tips in a row lost until finally a 12th won Saturday night. I started with £2 stakes with the final one being £300 just to break even! JK recommends £20 starters. Theres no way the bookies will be accepting potential 2K stakes on a Kenyan match or other lesser ranked league.
Only way will be through Asian or 3rd party agents.
From looking through last years results the longest losing run was 9, so 11 looks freakish, however there are more questions than answers with this product certainly when charging 400 odd quid a month for tips.

      Hi Jonny,

Thanks for your comments. Yes I share your concerns over the loss-recovery staking, personally I never use loss-recovery for any system I am following. The staking here actually got up to $5900 after a losing run of 14…so you would need a huge bank and nerves of steel if following it.

However to level stakes we are about 1 point down for the trial, which isn’t too bad despite having the worst run the service has ever had. That is why we spent a lot of time going through the results to work out what the level stakes profit would be (it was 350 points last year) as we think the approach to follow is level staking. Or you could use a fixed percentage of your bank for each bet as if the results were as good as last year then you would grow the bank very substantially.

As ever we will see what the results are at the end of our trial but so far it hasn’t been too bad – and the free tips for Chinese New Year made $500 profit so that was good.

      Kind regards,

      Dan

Hi i bought his book and had 7 days access to this tipster.

I decided to refund my money from the book as i was not impressed at all with the service or the book.

What i got in response in my email from this tipster was this:
Hi can i have money back as i have decided this is nothing for me.

    Response from jkdiego:
What a low IQ. Will refund later but you will forever banned from my services.

      Hi Cameron,

Thanks for your comment. We can’t really speak for the communications between tipsters and members but in terms of results, we always urge people to take a long-term view of betting. This service has made excellent profits during our review and for nearly 18 months in total now. A week is far too short a period to judge a service – any tipster no matter how good or bad can have variance in results over just a week. That is why our reviews are a minimum of 3 months but often 6 months these days.

Nothing wins all the time, if it did the markets would soon adapt and close off the opportunity. But professional gamblers and traders take a long-term view of their trade and have the mindset to put up with short-term ups and downs to build a long-term profit. That is why they succeed and the other 98% of punters fail. It may sound harsh but that is the reality of the matter and if your mentality isn’t long-term then it is probably better not to gamble at all as you will just end up jumping from system to system and never making a long-term profit.

      Kind regards,

      Dan

You definitely need a decent size bankroll (at least for the increasing stake system) but I can see how it works brilliantly for those with the means.

Have started with $40 stake and after almost a month, have made close to $5,000 (haven’t used the 85th minute trading out option but will reserve it for situations when we are on a long losing run).

Kudos to you for the review!

    Hi,
On one hand, good reviews!, anyway the service is a little bit expensive (almost 500$ per month)…I can’t reach it…I tried to find people to share the cost ( finally it is another customer for Diego, I dont think he disagrees) pixdomains@gmail.com 🙂

On the other hand, another interesting strategy is to avoid prematch bets and bet just in case of a goal appear (1-0 or 0-1), the odds are higher and stakes to set are lower…what do you think?

Thanks for your comment. I don’t know what the results of that strategy would be, you would miss the 0-0s which there are quite a few of. Someone would need to crunch the numbers on it to see if it was worth doing.

      Cheers,

I have come across another site that offers the same betting strategy and draw tips called betondraws.com. I have been looking for reviews on both sites…JK Diego and the one I mentioned, and that’s how I arrived here. I was wondering if you would consider doing a review on the latter. Their price is A LOT more reasonable then Diego at $150 US per month rather than $497 US. The problem is I don’t know if they are as successful as they say they are. They claim a similar percentage of correct draws. I can’t find a detailed review anywhere. My question would be, are they really as good at picking draws as Diego? Would love to read your review one day!

It’s another copycat site, quite a few of them around at the moment. Not really fair to Diego who is working hard to produce his picks and others are just copying them. They are even copying his staking system. When you try and click on their results it doesn’t go anywhere and it looks to me like the site is based in Nigeria. Would avoid if I were you.

      Hi to you and Dan,
I stumbled upon this site while doing research. I am based in Nigeria and I have used both Diego and betondraws.com
I started off with Diego and his tips are fairly accurate, but sometimes he can go a long losing streak that makes people like us without big bank unable to continue. Also his prices are much higher.

Then I researched and saw betondraws. Just to confirm if they are copying Diego, I subscribed to both same time. I found out about 20% of their draw tips are same. But this is obvious. Those are games that on my own I would also predict as draws. Then I wanted to see if betondraws sent tips after Diego, meaning they waited to copy. Then again I found out that many times, betondraws sent their tips before Diego.

So I concluded they didn’t copy Diego tips. Maybe they copied his staking method. I am.new to all this and can’t tell some intrigues.

Both success rate is about same. Between 28% and 37%. Though last December, betondraws went on a stupendous winning streak of up to 43%. I can’t tell if Diego also had similar, as I had stopped buying Diego tips due to price. Who knows, maybe that period draws were easier. But since January though, they have dropped a little. But I was looking for more, that’s how I saw this post.

But to say they are scam isn’t fair. A few guys I read on Nigeria forums, non has ever said they scammed them. Also before joining them, I did Google search and didn’t see a single scam review on them. If indeed they are Nigeria as some people suggest, I can’t tell, but their WhatsApp number from where they send tips is UK. But then, what is wrong in bring Nigerian? Does it mean everything Nigeria is bad? I am ashamed reading a fellow Nigeria, Ola joining to paint his country in bad light.

what a nice response you gave Jade as regards betondraws.com. i have seen the site and also try to see a review of them.
The truth of the issue is that i am Nigerian and i live in Lagos,Nigeria,i can not subscribe to their tips because i believe they are scammer

firstly, their tips are not verifiable, i even sent a mail to them to show proof of their picks aside the whatapp testimonies(that is unverifiable)
i did get a reply but they could not show any proof. i also ask them to give free picks for me to confirm, atleast jkdiego gives free picks on few ocassion, the guy said they do not have free picks. So i don’t think they are real.

i just stumble on another site today that also claimed they are guru in picking draw. it is based in Holland. can you review their system?

    the site is thewinningedgesbe.ml
he claimed he has been doing this since 2005, he recently crashed the subscription fees to $199

I saw the odds for when you cash out at 85th minute is always 2.44, regardless what the original odds for the draw. So if the starting odds is 3.8, I will get 2.44 at 85th minute?? Or you just did not record the outcomes precisely?

The trade out profit figure is based on the average odds of 3.1 and trading out at 1.25. There will be some variation in the actual figure for each game based on the starting odds but the overall figure will be very close to it in the end.

Hi, I have only a question: does the profit of ca. 4400$ include the charges of Diego’ a subscriptions? Because in 6 months win or lose you should be paying him an amount of ca. 3000$… So either you increase your flat stake or play it with the normal recovery system otherwise it’ s just a very little profit.

      Hi Mark,

The profit figure of $4366 doesn’t include subscription costs, that is standard for all our reviews to give the results first and then the cost below that in the main table. A profit of over $1300 is still very good by most standards, but certainly if you used percentage staking and grew your bank to be able to increase the staking gradually over time that would have produced more profit and mean the subscription costs take up less of your profit. Ultimately as we say $5,000 is a minimum bank advised for following the service in our view and if you can afford more than that would be preferable given the high subscription costs.

Hi, after reading this review I spotted so many bad things that my trust in you is now very low. 1. How can you recommend a service that do not include recommended odds, how should you know if there is any value left in the odds? 2. Please read the scenten below and then explain to me how how this is logical? If the service charge more then you have to stake bigger to cover the high cost! So the odds would crash even quicker with this statement. Better to limit members instead. So this is a crappy explanation to charge more. “It is understandable that JK charges this amount, as there is huge demand for his tips given his record and if they were much cheaper, the odds on his tips would crash – particularly in the more obscure leagues he often tips in.”

      Hi Henrik,

Thanks for your comments. We have included the odds in our review, they are based on generally available odds and the respective bookmaker, plus Betfair odds where available. A simple click through to oddschecker or oddsportal for the respective match shows you if the odds have moved in significantly since the tips were sent out. So this can tell you if there is value left. We did not find a significant drop in the odds during our review though. JK also records the odds in his own results spreadsheets which you can request to see the recorded prices. With regard to the prices, the tips have been so successful that the demand for them is very high, so JK can charge higher fees and people will pay those fees. If he charged lower fees and limited the membership, he would be doing himself out of considerable revenue, which when you consider how well the tips have done and how much hard work he puts in, would not be a very smart move. For people not able to afford the tips it is a shame of course, but that is the reality of the situation in a world of supply and demand he can charge that amount for the tips because they are highly sought after.

Secondly may be for those who have smaller bankroll, is it possible to reduce the picks to One pick per day? And what’s are the results if one uses one pick per according to you?

      Hi Emmanuel,

Thanks for your comments. Yes the best way of backing the tips during our review was with flat stakes and to cash out at 85 minutes, which made $4366. You could have made more than that by using percentage staking (say 2% of your bank). Just backing and leaving only produced $822 profit to $100 stakes so you would need to have staked at higher amounts to cover the subscription costs.

I don’t think you could really just go for one pick per day, it would depend entirely on which pick that would be so you couldn’t say how the results would turn out. Best to stick to backing all of them.

I think it’s important to also point out that the opposite effect of late goals can’t be ignored. Late equalizers are also relatively common, sometimes even as deep as five minutes into injury time.

It would be interesting to see how many of Diego’s picks have that happen to them since that could potentially shoot the profit up a little when using the cashout at 85 tactic.

      Hi Heikki,

Thanks for your comment. Yes that’s a fair point, if the equalizer comes very late then the cashout amount would be higher, so the profits could be even greater. You would need to do that manually rather than just requesting a bet at 1.25 on Betfair and leaving it, but if you can do that then yes the profits could be even higher.

Hello, I’m actually not sure if you really invested that money in it because if so you would for sure notice that Exchange bookies that allow you to cash out don’t offer betting stakes on some of JK Diego’s matches and it reduces the strike percentage of 44% you’re talking about of quite a bit. Your method obviously helps to avoid the risk of bankruptcy considering the high staking after a certain point and of course it is honest regarding anything else but will not work at 100% with those numbers of success out there. Only this month it happened to have at least 4-5 matches which had a late goal ruining the draw but without cashing out possibility, in which we have only to bet on Sports book and hoping for the best

Thanks for your comment. ROI in football services always tend to be low, i.e. below the 10% mark. The service is only for high rollers but last three months for example have made $2674 profit in November to $100 flat stakes, $1700 for September $129 for October. Those are all without cashing out. October for example had 11 extra games when cashing out at 85 mins would won, so at least an extra $1,000 that way. Together with the results from our review, these are some of the best overall results from a football tipster we have seen.

    Hello again Dan,

I have tested a new strategy that combine all the three strategys. Results on 769 bets on 6 months : 7000€ with 20€ stake

    The strategy :
    – Use the Cash Out button at 85min if it’s a draw
    – Use increasing stake 1.5 everytime you loose but…
    – If you hit the level 10, you stop increasing stake and you’re backing with flat stake that mean for example 20-30-45-67-101-151-227-341-512-768-768-768 etc…

Psychologically if you have a bad run of 17 no draws it’s more acceptable, but it’s not happen very often (maybe 1 time per year or 2. Very. rare). For example the worst bad run in 2018 with JK diego was 9 no draws! And when you are using cash out button generally you don’t have a bad run more than 10.

I’m gonna definitely stick with this, of course a minimun 15K 20K bankroll is needed, but it’s less scarier for bad run.

      Hi Jay,

Sure thing – because you would be compounding your profits. Imagine you had a starting bank of £10,000 and staked 2% on each match, i.e. £200. As the bank grew, so would your stake. So when the bank hits £20,000 you would be staking £400, when it hit £30,000 you would be staking £600 and so on. But with flat staking you would still be staking £200 regardless of how big the bank got.

This only works of course with a winning system that is consistently turning out profits, as JK Diego has done.

We were proofing the service for a large period of the review rather than backing ourselves but for the period we did place bets we didn’t experience any bookie restrictions. A certain portion of the bets can be placed on Betfair (around a third to half depending on leagues being used at the time) and for the rest it is best to spread stakes around. Using bookies like Marathonbet (and Pinnacle if they’re available in your country) reduces the likelihood of restriction as well.

Thanks for your comments. The results have been very consistent for JK Diego. With percentage staking you could be up much more than that. For example if you used 2% of your bank you could now be on $200-$300 per bet and the profits would be very considerable. Some members have been with him since the early days and have done very well I understand.

Yes the 2up offer from Bet365 is a very good one. The trouble is if you overdo these types of offers the bookies will inevitably restrict you so you have to be careful with how often you use it.

There is a risk of restriction but a good proportion of the matches you can back on Betfair and for those that you can’t, it is best to spread your bets across a number of bookies. If you have access to bookies like Pinnacle then the risk of restriction is much lower.

The cost of the service is high but the results have been excellent – we have proofed hundreds of selections for over a year and a very good profit was made. We haven’t seen many football services able to match that consistency. As mentioned in the review though you will need a decent betting bank to make it worthwhile though once subscription costs are taken into account.

Been doing this for a few months now and after a very good start it has fallen off a cliff for anyone using flat stakes.

The problem isn’t necessary long bad runs, as if that is followed by a period of say 10/15 draws coming in, the losses are soon made up.

It is the periods like currently. July was an awful month, with a long losing run, but August was poor (when you factor in the subs), using the flat stake method, as there was a poor strike rate generally.

This has continued into September and currently the strike rate is 18%, with 3/18 draws. After the awful July and bad August the drawdown has become worrying as I’m on £250 stakes.

Hopefully it will turn around, but another couple of months of this and the bank will be on the verge of being bust. That is something I’ve never been close to using other tipsters.

Odds crashing are another issue as well.

I am also using a different draw tipster who seems above board, with published history of over 12 months at a tenth of the cost, who has performed better over the same period. In fact a lot better.

Long term Diego should come good, but this system certainly isn’t for the faint hearted.

I will post again in two months to update, to be fair and balanced.

Now well down since I started when you add the $492 fee per month. The last 3 weeks there has been around a 20% strike rate, which for a system like this is woeful.

Very dissatisfied. Suggest diego forgets about backing Donald Trump in an election he cant even vote in a does some more home work on his tips.

      Hi Joe,

      Thanks for your comments.

It has been a tough run recently for Diego but he has always managed to turn it around in the past. Over the course of our 15 month review period he made over $10,000 to $100 stakes which is very good tipping.

We always encourage members to take a long-term approach to betting, which is why our reviews are always a minimum of three months but often six months these days – or in the case of Diego 15 months. It can be tough when a tipster has a losing run but with good betting bank management and sensible staking, the drawdowns can be endured and then long-term profit enjoyed.

This is particularly the case with Diego who has tended to have the occasional long losing run and then long winning spells, so there will be drawdownds along the way but those who stuck with him have been richly rewarded. It illustrates very well the importance of a long-term mindset when it comes to betting. There also may be some additional variation following covid and the congested fixture schedule we now have, no fans at stadiums having on impact on the home/away differential etc.

Hopefully things will settle down soon and we’ll be back to winning ways again. 🙂

I would say about Jk diego is that at least he publishes his full results every month on his telegram channel. His subs are steep, and perhaps foolishly I chose to go with a cheaper tipster Betondraws, i thought I had done due diligence by following their telegram channel, counting up monthly their draw picks, seemed they were true to their word and had the 42% strike rate, several months they had picks of 55, so i thought they were as good as Diego. I started with a 60 point bank, i am now down to 20 points, one month after using them. For anyone whose considering them over Diego i would say this. The month I joined they had 105 picks 40 wins, 65 loses.Longest losing run 9 in a row, that happened twice. The main issue is that they keep referring you to the FAQ, but they make no mention of the fact that along with the daily 3.5 tips they send you, they also send you out again the same amount of what they call ‘extra bets’, and then when they upload the results on their telegram channel, they do not tell you that these results include the extra bets, so you think they are having a strike rate of 40-42% over their monthly picks when in actual fact they are sending out close to 210 picks per month and get 40 of them right. This is all done to boost their figures on telegram channel. After consulting with them eventually as their customer service is beyond awful, they said you are only to put a small amount of money on the extra bets, not flat stakes, not stake increasing method etc- it also clearly means their losing runs are longer sometimes 10 plus which can really be the ruin of you, since betting large amounts on remote games gets you referred to a trader and normally refused.

So Stick with JK diego, you know where you are with him, betondraws might be cheaper but they fudge their figures, they do not care, their FAQ doesn’t cover their extra bets, and you’d be fool to follow the extra bets. I hope this helps anyone, who like me thought this would be a better alternative. Its not.

Hi, Dan. Did you ever gather any comprehensive data on using the progressive staking technique (say, 2% of your bank balance per bet)?

I’m considering signing up for JK’s system, and using progressive staking combined with 85 minute cash-outs. This really does seem like the way to go. But I can’t find data from anyone who has actually used this method for a considerable amount of time and has solid data to show and compare against the other staking methods. Are you aware of any such data on progressive staking? Or have you perhaps compiled any yourself? One of your monthly updates above (May 2019) of the system mentioned that you were going to. Cheers!

      Hi Johnny,

      Thanks for your comments.

I haven’t worked out the full results with 2% staking, however a rough estimate would be that the bank would have grown threefold with cash out (5000 starting bank, 15,000 profit made). Using 2% staking all the way through that probably would be higher, perhaps 4-5x, but certainly would be very good.

      Kind regards,

      Dan
