Precision Picks – New Review
Finding winners at worthwhile prices is one of the most satisfying parts of horse racing betting, but it is also one of the hardest things to do consistently.
Precision Picks is a horse racing tipster service that aims to identify a relatively small number of carefully selected bets rather than sending out tips simply for the sake of having daily action.
The service is run by Kevin and operates through the established Betting Gods platform, where every selection and result is recorded publicly.
Since its launch in January 2025, Precision Picks has produced a reported profit of £4,510 to £25-per-point stakes.
On a points basis, that works out at an impressive +180 points profit.
The headline statistics are also eye-catching. At the time of writing, Betting Gods reports a 21% return on investment and a 39% strike rate, with 335 winners from 856 advised bets.
Those figures suggest Precision Picks has combined regular winners with a strong overall return, rather than depending entirely on the occasional huge-priced success.
However, the numbers still need to be placed in context. Precision Picks has an average advised price of around 14.6, which is unusually high when compared with its reported strike rate.
It also recommends a 100-point starting bank and has experienced a historical maximum drawdown of approximately 27 points.
Followers therefore need to be prepared for fluctuations, even though the long-term record currently looks very encouraging.
As always, advertised results only tell part of the story. The key questions are whether members can obtain the advised prices, whether the staking plan is practical and whether the service can reproduce its historic performance under the conditions faced by ordinary punters.
We have therefore started a live trial of Precision Picks here at Honest Betting Reviews.
We will record every selection at the advised odds, compare those prices with Betfair Starting Price where appropriate and assess whether members can realistically achieve results close to those advertised.
Results will be updated here as we go along as usual.
In the meantime you can check out Precision Picks for yourself here.
