Entertainment Odds – Full Review

Entertainment Odds is a service that specialises in betting on TV events like the Eurovision Song Contest and Strictly Come Dancing, as well as awards ceremonies like the Emmys and Oscars.

The site is run by a guy called Rob Furber who is a journalist by trade, writing for some of the UK’s most well-known sites including The Sporting Life, the Daily Telegraph, Britain’s number one women’s magazine, Glamour, and men’s lifestyle magazines Arena and Maxim.

Rob’s keen eye for value in the TV betting markets started in 2005 when he picked Darren Gough to win Strictly at odds of 25/1 and he has never looked back since.

He is now a professional trader specialising in TV markets, as well as continuing his journalism work.

Rob’s remarkable story is chronicled in a book entitled “The Gambler” he has written about his journey as a pro trader – and another “gamble” he took in his love life – that is well worth a read.

Prior to our trial, the Entertainment Odds service had racked up an impressive 1019 points profit since starting up in 2014, so we had high hopes going into our trial.

We often say the best way to make profits these days is by focusing on a niche and it doesn’t get more niche than TV and specials betting!

We followed the service for around eight months, which took in both their:

  • Autumn subscription, which runs from August through to the end of December and covers Strictly Come Dancing, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, the Mercury Music Prize; and their
  • The New Year subscription, which runs from January to May and includes the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), the Oscars, Grammys, Baftas and Golden Globes.

The selections for all the events come with detailed write-ups and there is also analysis in between the tips.

You can tell that Rob and his team really knows their stuff and the level of insight is quite remarkable.

You get to see just how manipulated some of these shows are! It was a real eye-opener for us and certainly makes you reevaluate how you view these shows.

The good news though is that all that insight wasn’t just for its own sake – it translated into significant returns during our trial, with a profit of 72 points made in total.

That came at a return on investment (ROI) of 29% and a strike rate of 23%

There were some really nice winners during our trial, including:

  • Bulgaria to be top Balkan country at Eurovision at 50/1
  • Bulgaria to win semi-final 2 at 25/1
  • Robert Aramayo to win Best Actor at the BAFTAs at 28/1
  • Sam Fender to win the Mercury Music Prize at 16/1
  • Karen Carney to win Strictly Come Dancing at 12/1
  • Various next elimination winners on Strictly Come Dancing at prices of 10/1, 9/1 and 13/2

The service very much focuses on picking out these value, under-the-radar selections that most of the betting public miss.

With Rob and his team’s keen eye for looking beyond the obvious to what is really going on behind the scenes, that is how they can pick out these big-priced winners.

Here is an example of an e-mail Rob sent out about Eurovision, identifying eventual winners Bulgaria in various markets:

Winner market starting to move on Australia as I thought it would watching the jury rehearsal last night. Press centre was electric as Delta built to the big crescendo. I was expecting single figures Oz. That should happen tonight after it is seen. I think it’s the winner. It’s probably the only one that can take down the evil that is Finland this year.

As for Cyprus, I’ve been thoroughly vindicated. Antigoni started completely off-key and it didn’t get much better across the 3mins. She is also thoroughly shown up by all the other outstanding solo females in this sf – Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Australia… Cyprus should be virtually last on the jury rankings and unless the fan bubble comes out in extreme numbers tonight it has to be NQ. Sadly, that price has already collapsed on the high st. Better value laying it to Q on BF.

The other stand out in semi 2 is Bulgaria. I was frantically backing it everywhere – Winner (as a trade), Top 5, Top 10, Top Balkan and e/w in semi 2. Whatever you can get on, best price, I would be jumping on now.

I always referenced Noa for Israel in 2023 as the possibility it had here, but I was skeptical coming to Vienna. Dara is sensational and the staging is a complete triumph. This could hurt Greece a bit. The Balkan nations are looking incredibly strong this year – Greece, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria.

Greece in first half, and Bulgaria should really get 2nd half if she draws producer’s choice.

Despite his throat issues Jonas got through it ok for Norway. I still think it’s a lousy entry and worth considering laying to Q as well. I have it 10th and I always lay Norway in sfs and it always ends up sneaking in undeservedly. Luxembourg’s Eva wasn’t great by any means. I still give Lux a Q chance. I’d have Lux and Switzerland close to 10th.

Latvia is so classy it really should Q. Obviously we have the Top Baltic investment on it so probably wisest to leave alone.

Czechia’s Daniel was very good. This could also be appreciated by the younger jury members as it has that ‘poor me’, atmospheric quality I could see the Gen Z-ers lapping up. I don’t think it’s a certain Q though in such a strong semi as this. I’d have it qualifying around 9th.

Malta was fine if a little underwhelming for me. It’s another with jury appeal.

Denmark is very good but I think Oz can take the semi 2 win, and I think Bulgaria is the one for the place over Romania.

Advised:

Top 10 – Bulgaria – 4pt win – 11-4 – Boylesports, Betway, 5-2 with Coral/Ladbrokes

Semi 2 – Winner – Bulgaria – 1pt e/w – 25-1 – Coral/Ladbrokes (3 places, a fifth)

Top Balkan – Bulgaria – 0.5pt win – 50-1 – Coral/Ladbrokes, 33-1 with Boylesports

Top 5 – Bulgaria – 1pt win – 16-1 – Coral/Ladbrokes, 14-1 with Unibet

As you can see, very thorough work goes into these picks, including watching rehearsals and qualifying rounds to identify value. This is the kind of in-depth research we love to see in a betting service.

Overall then, we were very impressed with Entertainment Odds and are happy to award it a PASSED rating.

The only slight downside is the availability of prices on some of the selections. As these are niche markets, some of the liquidity is a little thin and prices can reduce quickly.

A good range of bookie accounts is therefore essential if you are going to follow the service, partly to ensure you can get the recommended prices (or close to them) and partly because quite a few of the markets aren’t available on the exchanges.

If you have a decent number of bookie accounts available though (most commonly used bookies are Skybet, Bet365, Paddy Power, and Coral/Ladbrokes), then this is a top service and definitely recommended.

Another option for US followers (and some other countries where it is legal) for these markets could be Polymarket.

Apparently they had good liquidity on Eurovision so for those who have access to the prediction market platform, this could be a viable alternative to the bookies/exchanges.

As we set out here, unfortunately Polymarket is not currently legal in the UK, but that may change in future.

Service Breakdown

Ease of use:
The service is fairly straightforward to follow, with selections sent out usually around twice per week during active events and there are an average of around 3-4 bets per week.

A warning e-mail is also sent out 5-10 minutes before the tips go out, to give you a chance to get your bookie accounts ready for the bets.

Availability of prices:
As mentioned above, this was a slight issue at times. Prices tend to hold up okay in the more liquid markets (e.g. Eurovision outright winner, Strictly outright winner), but can move quite a bit on some more niche markets.

As we say, having a wide range of bookie accounts is the best antidote to this (or Polymarket if you have access to it). Ultimately you may struggle to match the official results, but we found even after missing the occasional price here and there, we still made a healthy profit overall.

Strike rate:
The strike rate for our trial was 23%, which reflects the fact that they do tend to target value long-shots, but they still maintain a decent win rate in doing so.

Advised Betting Bank:
We used a 100-point bank for our trial, which seemed reasonable to us given the staking, strike rate and historical record of the service and was never in jeopardy during our trial.

Subscription costs:
The subscription costs were £70 for the “Autumn” subscription (Aug – end of Dec) and £80 for the
“New Year” subscription, (January to end of Eurovision in May).

We understand these fees may increase slightly for the next windows, which would be very reasonable in our view given the long-term results.

Even accounting for subscription costs, betting just £10 per point would still leave a healthy profit at the end of the cycles.

OVERALL VERDICT: PASSED

Overall, Entertainment Odds performed excellently during our trial, finishing +72 points up with a very strong 29% ROI. They have found a genuinely specialist betting niche and know how to exploit it.

We really enjoyed reading the analysis of all the events and got an insight into how manipulated some of them are. Watching them will never be quite the same again!

As long as you have access to a range of bookie accounts to follow the service, then this gets a clear PASSED rating from us. The depth of analysis, long-term record and ability to find big-priced winners make it worthy of a place in any betting portfolio.

Entertainment Odds – Results Update

31st December 2025

There have been further gains for TV and specials betting service Entertainment Odds lately, with a profit of 5 points made at advised prices since our last update.

That means they are now 25 points up at advised prices for our trial overall.

You can view full results here.

That now wraps up the Autumn phase of the service, which took in Strictly Come Dancing (where most of the bets were), I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Sports Personality of the Year and the Mercury Music Prize.

Being part of this service has not just been profitable but also an education. You can’t quite watch these shows in the same way after reading Rob’s commentary and seeing how manipulated they are!

In any event, it’s all entertainment one way or another and there’s also some enjoyment to be had in understanding how the producers of these shows try to push things in a certain direction but that it doesn’t always work out the way they intend…

With events all done and dusted now for 2025, the next phase of Entertainment Odds’ service takes in the Eurovision Song Contest, as well as all the main film, TV and music Awards events in 2026.

That includes the Golden Globes on January 11, followed by the Grammys 2026 on February 1, BAFTAs on February 22, Oscars March 15, and then it will be main event of Eurovision 2026 on May 12, 14 & 16.

Subscriptions are available now at the Entertainment Odds website and are well worth it on the basis of what we’ve seen so far.

NYE 2025

Well that just about wraps things up for 2025 so we want to thank you for visiting Honest Betting Reviews this year and for being part of the community.

We hope you have a good New Years Eve however you are celebrating (or not at all as may be the case!) and will be in touch again with plenty of betting reviews, news and views in 2026.

Entertainment Odds – Results Update

12th November 2025

It’s been a strong start to our trial of TV and specials betting service Entertainment Odds, with a profit of 20 points made for our trial to date at advised prices.

You can view full results here.

There have been a few nice winners so far in the form of Mercury Music Prize winner Sam Fender at 16/1 and two Strictly eliminations at odds of 9/1 and 10/1.

Quite a lot of the advised bets so far are still ongoing as they are on the winner of Strictly Come Dancing, which we won’t find out until December.

The quality of the write-ups that accompany the tips is excellent and you also get regular updates throughout the week on anything that has caught Rob’s eye.

He clearly has exceptional knowledge of these events and a keen sense of cutting through the BS and seeing what is really going on.

It has been an eye-opener to understand how much of these events are not “rigged” as such, but certainly pushed in a certain direction by the producers etc to try and achieve a desired outcome.

Just a word on the availability of odds too given these are generally low-liquidity events – it has been a little mixed in our experience so far.

In some cases we have been able to achieve the advised odds – for example the recent 9/1 on Ellie to be eliminated, but in others such as Sam Fender we had to take a few points below the advised price.

It’s one of these situations where you have to try and maximise the use of bookies and exchanges and take the best prices you can, whilst accepting you may not quite match the advised odds but still hopefully make a healthy profit.

Overall it’s been a good trial so far though and we are enjoying an insight into the murky world of entertainment…

Entertainment Odds – New Review

10th September 2025

Today we are starting a trial of something a little bit different here at Honest Betting Reviews…

Whilst our bread and butter tends to be tipsters in sports like football, horse racing and golf, we do like to venture into other arenas where we see the potential for profit.

And the service we are looking at today is certainly one that ticks that box!

It is called Entertainment Odds and specialises in betting markets on TV events like the Eurovision Song Contest and Strictly Come Dancing as well as awards ceremonies like the Emmys and Oscars.

If you want to read more about Rob’s remarkable story, he has just published a book about his journey as a pro trader – and another “gamble” he took in his love life – that is well worth a read.

Rob’s record in the arena of entertainment betting is second to none, with a profit of +1,019pts made to 1pt level stakes since 2014.

His particular specialisms are the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) and Strictly Come Dancing, with a very consistent record in both over the years:

ESC 2014 = +84pts
ESC 2015 = +90pts (& +15pts, non-subscription) = +105pts
ESC 2016 = +55pts (ROI 30%)
ESC 2017 = +73pts
ESC 2018 = -49pts
ESC 2019 = +58pt (ROI 62%)
ESC 2020 = void
ESC 2021 = +26pts
ESC 2022 = +53pts
ESC 2023 = +67pts
ESC 2024 = +56pts
ESC 2025 = +14pts

Strictly 2014 = +41pts
Strictly 2015 = +73pts
Strictly 2016 = +82pts (ROI 84%)
Strictly 2017 = +26pts
Strictly 2018 = -2pts
Strictly 2019 = +140pts (ROI 97%)
Strictly 2020 = +8pts
Strictly 2021 = +53pts
Strictly 2022 = +52pts
Strictly 2023 = +1.5pts
Strictly 2024 = +67pts (ROI 64%)

As you can see, only one losing year in both and many years of huge profits.

We often say it’s in niche markets that you can find the most value and exploit bookie weaknesses and Rob certainly seems to have done that here over the years.

It looks like a really interesting service and one we are looking forward to reviewing.

We have just received the initial bets for Strictly so it will be intriguing to see how this year’s series unfolds. There are also some bets for the Emmys that have just been sent too.

As ever we will post result updates here as we go along but you can check out Entertainment Odds for yourself here.

Football Pro Picks – Final Update

Sadly the slide has continued for footy tipster Football Pro Picks following our last update, with a further 44 points lost to advised prices.

That means they have fallen to 119 points down for our trial overall to advised prices.

As that exceeds the recommended betting bank of 100 points, that is an automatic FAILED rating for this service unfortunately.

You can view full results here.

There was always the potential for this service to rack up gains or losses fairly rapidly as they provide a very high volume of tips, combined with staking of up to 4 points per bet.

The results coming into our trial looked very promising but sadly turned the other way almost as soon as our trial started and have slid downwards pretty much ever since.

So it’s another one that fails to cut the mustard sadly, but we have a number of promising football tipsters to trial at the moment so fingers crossed those reviews turn out a little better…

Football Pro Picks – Results Update

1st November 2025

It’s been a rough old start to our trial of footy tipster Football Pro Picks, with a loss of 75 points made for our trial to date.

You can view full results here.

Just a reminder, this is a service that provides tips across a range of markets, but mainly focusing on the over/under (half and full time), match odds and both teams to score (BTTS) markets.

There are a lot of bets with this service, which has perhaps contributed to the losses stacking up quite quickly.

In any event, could do with a turnaround soon.

Football Pro Picks – New Review

24th August 2025

Today we’re launching a new review of a service called Football Pro Picks, a football tipster service hosted by Betinfo24.

This is a service that provides tips across a range of markets, but mainly focusing on the over/under, match odds and both teams to score (BTTS) markets.

The basic figures are compelling: since January 2025, the service claims an average monthly profit of £1,716, a strike rate of 73.7 %, and an ROI of 23.24 %, for a total six-month profit of £10,350.20, all calculated at a £20 stake per point.

The man behind the advice is David, a football analyst with over five years of professional experience—particularly strong at spotting value in lesser-known leagues, which keeps the service running throughout the year.

Here’s how it works:

  • Subscribers get up to 10 selections per day, delivered by 9:00 am UK time, giving plenty of opportunity to place bets
  • The approach is deliberately steady and data-driven, relying on multiple prediction models rather than chasing high-risk punts
  • The package includes fully proofed results, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and daily support via email and members area
  • New users also benefit from a free five-day trial, before moving onto a subscription priced at £29.99 per month (plus tax)

The performance metrics look promising, but what counts is whether they hold up in real time.

We begun tracking the tips on 13th July so will record results from then. We’ll monitor consistency, risk management, and long-term value as well as the overall profit/loss.

Watch this space for updates as we update results as we go along.

In the meantime you can check out Football Pro Picks for yourself here.

Goal Predictor – Final Review

Strike Rate:   59%

Goal Predictor – Full Review

Goal Predictor is a football betting service that focuses specifically on the goals markets, using expected goals (xG) data to identify potential value in selections such as Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score.

The service comes from the Phil Rushton stable of betting services, which includes the well-known Goal King service that previously received a positive rating here at Honest Betting Reviews.

With that background, we were interested to see whether Goal Predictor could replicate similar success under live trial conditions.

The concept behind the service is straightforward. Instead of relying purely on match results or traditional statistics, the selections are driven by expected goals data, which measures the quality and quantity of chances created by teams.

In theory, this can help identify matches where the underlying attacking numbers suggest more goals than the market expects.

This type of approach has become increasingly popular among football bettors in recent years, as xG can sometimes highlight teams that have been unlucky in front of goal or benefiting from unsustainable finishing.

Goal Predictor attempts to convert those insights into practical betting selections in the goals markets.

The service averages around seven bets per week, which is a comfortable level for most bettors to follow without becoming overwhelming.

Selections are typically focused on well-known leagues where liquidity is strong, meaning there were no issues getting bets matched at the advised prices during the trial.

However, it’s important to note that the service uses 5-point stakes per selection, which makes the headline points figures appear larger than they would be using level stakes. For the purposes of our trial, this means the overall profit and loss needs to be viewed in that context.

Results Analysis

Looking at the final results for Goal Predictor, the performance over our 12-month trial ended slightly in the red.

The service finished with a loss of 30 points, equating to -15% bank growth and a return on investment of -1.6%.

While the overall result was negative, it’s worth putting those figures into perspective. With the service using 5-point stakes, the equivalent result using 1-point level stakes would be roughly a loss of around 6 points over the course of the entire year.

In other words, the selections themselves were not far away from break-even.

The strike rate of 59% is quite high and reflects the nature of betting on goals markets, where prices are often shorter than in match-result betting. This meant there was a steady flow of winning bets throughout the trial.

Indeed, there were periods where the service performed very well. For example:

  • By February 2025, the service had built up 33 points profit.
  • By April 2025, that had increased to 48 points profit at its peak.

However, the second half of the trial proved much more difficult. A series of downturns during the summer and early autumn gradually wiped out those gains.

At one stage the service fell 53 points down, highlighting the volatility that can occur even in goals markets with relatively high strike rates.

To their credit, the service did mount a strong recovery towards the end of the trial, producing 38 points profit in the final period we monitored. That late rally reduced the overall deficit significantly.

Nevertheless, it wasn’t quite enough to bring the results back into positive territory by the end of the review.

Service Breakdown

Ease of use:
The service is straightforward to follow, with selections sent out regularly and an average of around seven bets per week. The focus on goals markets also keeps things simple, as most bettors will already be familiar with markets like Over 2.5 Goals or Both Teams to Score.

Availability of prices:
Very good. The bets are placed in liquid football markets, so matching the advised odds was not a problem during the trial.

Strike rate:
A strike rate of 59% kept things ticking along steadily and helped avoid extremely long losing runs. This level of consistency is one of the positives of the service.

Advised Betting Bank:
A 200-point bank would be sensible given the 5-point staking, which allows enough room to handle the inevitable swings that occur in betting.

Subscription costs:
The subscription cost is £15 per month or £67 per year, which is relatively modest compared with many football tipster services.

OVERALL VERDICT: NEUTRAL

Goal Predictor is an interesting service that attempts to apply expected goals data to betting on football goals markets.

From a methodological perspective, the idea makes sense. xG is widely used across modern football analytics and can provide a deeper understanding of teams’ attacking and defensive performance than simple match results.

During our trial there were periods where the approach appeared to work very well, with the service reaching 48 points profit at its peak and maintaining a solid strike rate throughout.

However, the results over the full 12-month period ultimately finished slightly negative, with 30 points lost overall.

The encouraging aspect is that when viewed on a 1-point level stake basis, the selections were close to break-even over the entire year.

That suggests the underlying selections were reasonably competitive with the market, even if they did not quite generate a consistent edge.

Given that mixed picture, we feel the most appropriate rating for Goal Predictor at this stage is NEUTRAL.

The service shows some promise and the analytical approach is sound, but based on our trial results it has not yet demonstrated a clear long-term profit.

For bettors interested in data-driven football betting, it may still be worth keeping an eye on how the service performs in future.

Goal Predictor – New Review

8th November 2024

We are starting a new review today of a football betting service called Goal Predictor

This is a service that comes from the Phil Rushton stable of betting services that includes the likes of the Goal King that received a positive rating following a review here

Goal Predictor is a service involves using xG (expected goals) data to formulate tips on the goals markets (such as over 2.5 goals and both teams to score) and to give customers a profitable service with a high win rate.

Expected goals, in case you are not familiar with it, is a statistical tool that relates the number of shots to how many goals would be expected in a football match. We explain more about how it works here.

For example if a team had lots of shots on goal and had a xG number of 3.0 but only scored one goal, it might suggest they were unlucky and on another day could have scored more goals.

The results for the service look very promising so far, with 263 points profit reportedly made since starting tipping in April.

That has been achieved with a high strike rate of 69% and a healthy return on investment of 22%.

xG has become used more often in football betting these days and this service aims to make use of it specifically on the over/under goals markets.

We can see the logic behind using xG as it is a useful metric to measure teams’ performance by rather than just their match results, which could mask runs of good or bad luck.

Whether it can produce results under live trial conditions we will have to wait and see but that is why we run reviews here, to test these things out.

So we will kick off the review of Goal Predictor today and will report back here on how things are going as usual.

In the meantime you can check out Goal Predictor for yourself here.

Horse Racing Oracle – Final Update

We regret to report that we have not been receiving selections for Horse Racing Oracle for a while now and despite numerous e-mails to them, have not received a response.

So we will have to wind up this review here.

At the start we felt this was a promising service and the approach looked innovative – a bot that places bets for you on Betfair is something many bettors with busy schedules are looking for.

However, right at the outset we outlined our concerns with the loss-recovery staking, which is always risky and often ends up blowing up.

That is exactly what happened, with the betting bank going bust – and then almost going bust again not long after!

So in terms of its original format and recommended staking system, this would have to be a FAILED rating from us unfortunately.

However, we did also track the results at level staking and those performed a lot better, sitting 12 points up at the point we stopped receiving the selections.

We’ll never know now how those would have turned out, but certainly they had performed promisingly and had the service just gone for a level staking or percentage staking approach from the start, it might have worked out much better.

As it is we will just have to leave things here with a “what might have been” label next to it and move on to the next review.

Horse Racing Oracle – Results Update

24th September 2025

Things have taken a turn for the worse for betting bot the Horse Racing Oracle, with a loss of £113 made since our last update.

You can view full results here.

However, those bare numbers don’t tell the whole story unfortunately. On 6th August they actually blew through the betting bank, with seven bets in a row losing.

There wasn’t any money left in the bank to place the eighth bet, but in their official results it is recorded as a bet in any event.

Then on 15th September they lost seven bets in a row and the bank went from £1294 to £271, so losing over £1,000 in a day!

This is exactly the kind of thing we warned about in previous updates and why we do not recommend loss recovery staking, Martingale or otherwise. The chance of blowing the bank – or a large part of it – is just not worth the risk.

Often loss recovery staking is used to cover up a strategy that doesn’t work – for a period of time it can work and make results look good. It always unravels in the end though.

We don’t think that is necessarily the case here however, which is why we decided to also track the results at one-point level stakes.

At those one point level stakes they have lost 18 points since our last update but sit 12 points up for our trial overall. You can see results for 1-point stakes in the second tab of our results spreadsheet

So the strategy in itself (minus the loss-recovery staking) has been profitable so far, which is good to see.

The Horse Racing Oracle team have recently added an option for the bot to place a fixed percentage of a user’s live balance which they can set (e.g., 2% or 5%) on each qualifying bet. There’s no recovery logic — each bet is independent. The bot stops after the first win or after 4 losing bets.

We are pleased to see this and would recommend using that above loss recovery staking for sure, although we would also like to see a level stakes option added too.

Anyway, it’s been an eventful trial so far to say the least, but we’ll continue tracking the results at level stakes and see if they can stay in profit on that basis.

Horse Racing Oracle – Results Update

6th August 2025

It’s been a strong start to our trial of betting bot the Horse Racing Oracle, with a profit of £478 made so far from a £100 starting bank.

You can view full results here.

As a reminder, this is a fully automated betting bot for Betfair which automatically:

  • Finds qualifying races (based on strict criteria set by the team behind the bot)
  • Calculates stakes (based on the profit target that the user wants to achieve – this is capped at 2% per day to manage risk)
  • Places bets (users connect their Betfair account to enable this)
  • Tracks results and performance

Essentially you can choose your betting bank at the start according to your preferences.

As mentioned in the review introduction, in essence this is a form of loss-recovery as the staking increases after losing bets to try and recover the previous losses in the next bet.

As regular followers will know we are not huge fans of loss-recovery staking, as the losses can really mount up. If you had a run of 8 losers on the day, the losses could be over 60% of the starting bank – ouch.

That would just about be okay if it happened once given the profits made so far – it would still leave you well in profit overall from when we started.

The problem would be if there were two or more such instances in a short period of time, which would be pretty devastating to the betting bank.

So for scenarios such as these we like to see if the system in question can still make a profit at level stakes.

The good news on that front is that this one has so far made 30 points profit at one point level stakes, which you can see in the second tab of our results spreadsheet

The system is working well in itself then, which is good to see.

Although it’s early days, this bot does look promising – we just have to see if it can keep these results going.

———————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Horse Racing Oracle – New Review

2nd July 2025

We are starting a new review today of a betting bot for Betfair called Horse Racing Oracle

The bot implements a horse racing system based around backing strong favourites in UK horse racing.

The system is designed to help achieve daily profits through strategic horse racing betting. Horse Racing Oracle provide their users with daily qualifying races to bet on, backed by a robust staking plan which aims to help users:

  • Achieve daily profit target and then stop betting for the day
  • Remain disciplined and only bet on races that meet their strict qualifying criteria
  • Manage risk by following their robust staking plan that adapts based on your win/loss record

It is a fully automated betting bot which automatically:

  • Finds qualifying races (based on strict criteria they have set)
  • Calculates stakes (based on the profit target that the user wants to achieve – this is capped at 2% per day to manage risk)
  • Places bets (users connect their Betfair account to enable this)
  • Tracks results and performance

The app and bot are fully tested and approved by Betfair and are part of their Vendor app programme – which by the way doesn’t mean it will necessarily be profitable, but means the technology of the app and its functionality are up to the standards Betfair demands to be approved on their Vendor app programme.

We have tested some betting bots for Betfair before and none of them have proved very successful sadly, so we approach this with a dose of caution.

However, early results look good and it does look like a very polished product.

Just a word on staking for the bot. We have asked the developers of Horse Racing Oracle what the staking system is and they have kindly clarified for us that:

“The staking aims to achieve the daily profit target (also covering Betfair commission). If the first bet wins, then the bot stops for the day. If the first bet loses, then the bot takes those losses into account when calculating the stakes for the next bet.

So in summary, the stake for each bet, takes into account the odds for the race, and the profit target (plus any losses from previously occurring bets in that same day).

The goal is to achieve the daily profit target in a maximum of 8 bets and to stop betting for the day once it is achieved. If the bot goes 8 bets without achieving the profit (very unlikely scenario), then the bot accepts the losses and stops for the day.”

In essence then it is a form of loss-recovery as the staking increases after losing bets to try and recover the previous losses in the next bet. As regular followers will know we are not huge fans of loss-recovery staking, or at the very least we like to see if the system can still make a profit at level stakes.

If it can then the underlying system may well be sound, but if not then the question arises as to the effectiveness of the system itself.

In any event, we will tackle all this in our review, which should be an interesting one and we are looking forward to.

It’s been a while since we’ve had anything innovative like this to test so credit to the developers and fingers crossed for a positive trial.

We gained access to the bot on 12th June so will record results from then. As usual we will update results here as we go along so you can see for yourself how the bot is getting on.

In the meantime you can check out Horse Racing Oracle for yourself here.

Football Trading Profits – Final Review

Football Trading Profits is a live football trading service run by experienced trader Clive Keeling, who has been active in the football markets for many years.

The service was previously known as Delay React Trade, a name that reflected its original core strategy — reacting quickly to in-play opportunities after key match events.

Today, the service has evolved into Football Trading Profits, expanding its scope with a range of strategies, live Telegram alerts, daily match previews, and educational content.

For those interested in trading football matches on Betfair, it offers both an educational resource and a follow-along live trading experience with Clive at the helm.

Let’s take a closer look at how it all works.

How the Service Works

Football Trading Profits is built around a simple idea — you can learn Clive’s trading methods and use them yourself, or you can just follow along live and copy his trades in real time.

As Clive puts it:

“Bet when I bet, and win when I win.”

All the live trades and market updates are shared via the Telegram group, so members can follow Clive’s entries and exits instantly during live matches.

Each session is also streamed or recorded, allowing you to see his thought process as trades unfold.

In other words, even if you’re new to football trading or don’t understand every strategy in detail, you can still participate and profit alongside an experienced professional.

Getting Started

Joining Football Trading Profits is straightforward, with a clear three-step setup process designed to get you trading within minutes:

Step 1 – Join the Telegram Group

This is where all the action happens. Clive posts his live trading alerts here, including match entry points, staking notes, and when to exit or hedge positions.

Step 2 – Download the Trading Manual

If you prefer to understand the reasoning behind each trade, you can download the comprehensive Trading Manual, which breaks down all of the core strategies and setups used by the service.

Step 3 – Watch the Training Videos

Members can access a full video library showing Clive executing his strategies live. These recordings are invaluable for learning timing, market reactions, and when to sit on the sidelines — a key skill for profitable trading.

Trading Strategies

The service incorporates several proven in-play football trading methods, with Delay React Trade still a central component.

This strategy involves monitoring matches closely and reacting after key events — such as goals — when the market briefly misprices odds.

In addition to that, Football Trading Profits now includes a number of other setups designed to work across a variety of football markets, such as:

  • how to profit from first half goals
  • laying the 0-2 score for the away team
  • how to profit from red cards
  • laying the underdog

These are all outlined in the manual and demonstrated in live sessions.

Each method is designed to exploit short-term inefficiencies in the Betfair markets, using low-risk, high-reward entries that allow for flexible trading whether you prefer to scalp small edges or hold positions longer.

Daily Match Previews

One of the standout features of Football Trading Profits is the daily match previews with Clive Keeling.

These previews are released before the day’s matches and highlight potential trading angles based on data, expected goals (xG), form, and tactical context.

For example:

ENGLAND: Championship – Preston v Swansea (2.20 Preston)

xG Notes:

  • Preston have only 3 defeats and just 1 home loss.
  • Swansea have 4 defeats, 2 away, both 1-0 scorelines.

Trading Angle:
If Swansea continue their narrow away defeats, Preston could be layable if leading, particularly if the pattern of tight margins persists. Preston have been scoring two goals per game lately.

QPR v Southampton (2.45 Southampton)

xG Notes:
Southampton’s manager has just been sacked, introducing uncertainty into their performance. No strong research angle here, but worth monitoring live for volatility-based trades.

Clive’s previews don’t just provide tips — they help you understand why a match offers value, and how to look for in-play opportunities as the game unfolds.

He also posts these previews and updates on the Football Trading Profits YouTube channel, where members can subscribe for daily edge-driven football trading insights and second-half goal setups.

Get a FREE 14 day trial of Football Trading profits here.

Live Trading Sessions

The live trading sessions are the heart of Football Trading Profits.

Every week Clive hosts real-time trading events where he analyses multiple matches simultaneously, identifying low-risk, high-reward opportunities as the action unfolds.

These sessions are highly interactive — members can:

  • Watch Clive’s live screen as trades are placed
  • Hear his commentary on what’s happening in-play
  • Ask questions in real time
  • See how and why trades are managed for a green screen (profit), regardless of the final match result

Clive starts his preparation midweek, researching form, stats, and expected match dynamics, so by the time the weekend comes around he’s ready with a full slate of potential setups.

As he often says, the goal is to uncover “green screens” — meaning that, no matter the final score, the position ends in profit.

With multiple matches taking place, members have numerous chances to gain from in-play market movements.

Here is an example of a live session:

Football Trading Angles and Data

Beyond the live sessions, the members’ area also features regular updates on football stats and data patterns, including:

  • Expected goals (xG) summaries
  • Recent form trends
  • Suggested neutral market setups for second-half or BTTS layers

These analytical insights help traders make informed decisions — whether they’re following Clive live or building their own strategies.

Podcast and Community

Members also get access to the Football Trading Profits podcast, hosted by Clive himself, where he discusses deeper insights into trading psychology, strategy refinement, and recent match observations.

Combined with the Telegram community, this creates an engaging and supportive environment where traders can learn, discuss ideas, and improve together.

Conclusion – Final Verdict

Football Trading Profits offers a rare combination of live trading mentorship, daily match analysis, and educational depth.

It’s run by an experienced trader who trades his own money live, making it both transparent and authentic — a refreshing change in the trading education space.

Pros:

  • Live trading alerts and real-time education
  • Clear, data-driven match previews and xG insights
  • Multiple trading strategies for different market types
  • Easy for beginners to follow via Telegram
  • Engaging community and regular live interaction

Cons:

  • Best suited to those available during live matches
  • Requires a Betfair trading mindset (not traditional betting)

Overall, Football Trading Profits is an impressive, hands-on trading service that combines experience, transparency, and education in one package.

Whether you’re completely new to football trading or an experienced trader looking for a structured approach, this service offers real value and a genuine opportunity to learn from a pro.

You can get a FREE 14 day trial of Football Trading profits here.

Football Trading Profits – New Review

3rd May 2024

Today we are starting a new review of a footy service called Football Trading Profits.

This is a service that has been around for a few years now and has been on our radar to take a look at for a while so we are glad to have the time now to run a review.

The service is run by a guy called Clive Keeling and was previously known as Delay React Trade, which was a reference to its main trading strategy.

Now it is known as Football Trading Profits and we understand it includes a number of different strategies, although that one is still one of the main approaches used.

Included in the service are:

  • Daily research bulletins
  • Live Trading sessions
  • Telegram alerts
  • Blog Posts
  • FAQs
  • Support

So it’s quite a comprehensive service with a good deal of guidance for members.

There aren’t too many services like this out there despite the popularity of in-play football betting and trading, so it’s good to see a service that tries to guide people in the right direction.

We’ll have to wait and see how good the advice is however before making any judgements.

So we’ll kick things off today and will report back soon on how things are going.

In the meantime you can check out Football Trading Profits for yourself here.

Cricket Betting Tips – Final Update

Cricket Betting Tips – New Review

20th August 2025

It’s been a steady start to our trial of Cricket Betting Tips, with a profit of 1 point made for our trial to date.

You can view full results here.

The bets mainly come in the match winner market but also cover some side markets such as man of the match, a player to score over or under a certain number of runs, total match runs and so on.

So a quiet start to this trial but still early days and plenty of time to get things going.

Cricket Betting Tips – New Review

20th August 2025

We’re kicking off a fresh review today of a cricket betting service known as Cricket Betting Tips.

This tipster is based at the Betting Gods network, which has hosted successful tipsters like The Bookies Enemy, the Outside Edge and Quentin Franks Racing in the past.

It’s been quite a while since we tested out a cricket service. In fact we are yet to come across a successful cricket tipster so it would be nice to have one in the portfolio.

Cricket Betting Tips presents itself as a specialist in the sport, with a reported return on investment (ROI) in the region of 21%, accompanied by a win rate of approximately 48%—figures that certainly catch the eye.

As ever, we won’t be rushing into judgement—positive numbers can look impressive on paper, but they only matter if they hold up over time.

That said, betting under the Betting Gods umbrella always carries a certain level of pre-vetting confidence, so anticipation is high that this one might be a goodun’.

We’ve begun tracking all tips starting from 19th July, so we will record results from then onwards.

Whether cricket’s seasonal variation or betting market shifts will have an impact remains to be seen—but we’ll record everything, update performance as results come in, and bring you an honest verdict at the end.

In any event, it’s good to have a cricket tipster to trial and we will record results here as we go along so you can see how they are getting on.

In the meantime you can check out Cricket Betting Tips for yourself here.

Andy Holding Tips – Final Review

We have reached the end of our 12 month trial of Andy Holding Tips (available via the Oddschecker Plus Premium service) and here are the final results:-

Profit/Loss:   +313 points
Strike Rate:   37%
Bank Growth:   313%
ROI:   31%
Average number of bets:   3 bets per day
Cost:   £29.99/month or £199.99/year

Andy Holding Tips – Full Review

Andy Holding is a long-established, highly respected racing judge, known for his meticulous use of speed figures and sectional times across UK & Irish racing (Flat and Jumps).

He’s a familiar voice on William Hill Radio and has earned the moniker “the pundit’s pundit.”

Andy’s tips are available via Oddschecker Plus, which includes additional features and content alongside his selections. Mr Holding does run a separate service, his own “Speed Figures” service, but this review was solely concerned with his Oddschecker-based tips.

His Oddschecker tips leverage that data-driven approach, which showed through in our results: a disciplined, value-led portfolio rather than boom-or-bust punting.

We conducted a year-long review of his tips, which gave us over 1,000 selections (1067 to be precise), a very good sample size.

Andy’s tips are posted on the Oddschecker website for Premium Plus members, normally early in the morning on the day of racing. Members have to be logged in and can then view the tips.

Results

It’s rare we get to write a review this glowing. Over a full year, Andy produced +313 points at an ROI of 31%, with a 37% strike-rate and a steady flow of around three bets per day.

The most striking aspect was the consistency: profits stacked up month after month, including some spectacular purple patches (notably in spring and early summer), and only the odd modest drawdown along the way.

We tracked both advised prices and Betfair SP (BSP) throughout: advised prices were best overall, but BSP still returned a very healthy profit of 241 points across the trial, which is extremely impressive and one of the best BSP returns we have ever seen in a trial.

We also did our best to track the available prices around 1-2 hours after the tips were posted.

Whilst we weren’t able to record all of these prices, they averaged odds of 6.55 compared to the advised odds of 7.45 over our trial, with 880 prices tracked.

So a bit of a reduction in odds in general – which reflects the popularity of Andy’s service – but not a dramatic collapse in prices or anything.

According to calculations made by AI, this would give around 269 points profit from backing available odds around 1-2 hours after tips were posted – a very good return in itself.

How the Trial Unfolded

  • Fast start: November last year delivered a flying open, with strong profits at advised prices and BSP holding up better than expected for a popular tipster.
  • Through the winter: Progress remained smooth, with steady point-gains and well-managed downswings.
  • Spring surge: March to June brought a brilliant run, pushing cumulative profits to new highs and underlining the edge in Andy’s selections.
  • Into summer: The good times continued, culminating in a +313 point overall profit by the end of the 12 months.

Throughout, the consistency was the standout: no wild staking escalations, no gimmicks—just solid, repeatable value.

Summary

Overall then it’s been a superb trial and one of the best we’ve ever run for a horse racing tipster here at Honest Betting Reviews.

Headline results of over 300 points profit in a year, with a return on investment of 31%, are outstanding figures.

What’s equally remarkable though is that the figures stood up well at Betfair SP, with an excellent 241 points profit made.

So even for those whose bookie accounts have been restricted and are limited to betting at the exchanges, this would have produced fantastic returns over the last year.

It’s a definite PASSED rating from us then and a rare 5-star rating. First-class stuff from Mr Holding.

Service Breakdown

Ease of use: The tips are available via Oddschecker for Oddschecker Plus Premium members. Selections appear daily and typically land in good time before racing, with an average of around three bets per day.

This is an easy cadence to follow—no in-play faff, no late-night alerts—just check the app/site, place the bets, and you’re set. If you miss the odd day, the volume is steady enough that results should level out over time.

Availability of prices: As with any popular tipster, the early advised prices can shorten quickly. Acting promptly helps.

As discussed above though, the BSP and available odds returns were both excellent, so this is not one of those service were the advertised results are completely unobtainable. On the contrary –  they didn’t actually differ very much from the official results.

Strike rate: We recorded a 37% strike rate across the trial (including placed horses) —impressively high given the mix of prices—and that underpinned the smooth equity curve.

Winners arrived regularly enough to keep drawdowns comfortable and confidence intact.

Advised Betting Bank: There was no betting bank recommended but we used a 100-point betting bank for the purposes of our trial. With a 37% hit rate and measured bet volume, that felt more than adequate in practice.

Conservative users could stretch to 120–150 points for extra headroom, but 100 points was perfectly sufficient for us during the review.

Subscription costs: At £29.99/month or £199.99/year, the pricing is very reasonable relative to the performance shown. Even at moderate £10 per point or £5 per point stakes, there’s plenty of room to cover fees and build the bank over time.

OVERALL VERDICT: PASSED

A top-class year from a top-class racing judge. There’s no doubt Andy Holding Tips offers one of the most compelling long-term packages we’ve tested: consistent profits, sensible bet volume, and a methodology that stands up to scrutiny.

For us, this is an easy five-star sign-off.

Just a note that on the results spreadsheet we are also recording the “Price Available” in column E.

This is usually around 11-12 in the morning, so a good couple of hours or so after tips are released.

Sometimes the odds do rebound by this time and liquidity is good in the markets by late morning, so it seems like a good time to note the available prices.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————–

Andy Holding Tips – Results Update

1st November 2024

It’s been an excellent start to our trial of Oddschecker Plus tipster Andy Holding, with a profit of 72 points made so far at advised prices.

You can view full results here.

The results at Betfair SP have held up pretty well too, with a profit of 55 points made for our trial to date at BSP.

The pattern here – which we often see with popular services – is the outsiders sometimes go off at a higher BSP than the advised odds, whereas the shorter odds selections tend to get backed in.

For example, Carrytheone at Ascot which was advised at 11/1 and went off a BSP of 20 and Marakova at Longchamp was advised at 16/1 and went off a BSP of 20.81.

In any event, when all is said and done the BSP results have held up solidly when you consider how heavily the tips tend to be initially backed.

So if you are struggling to get the advised prices with the bookies, just going for the BSP could be an option.

Just an additional note that Andy was on holiday from 24th October to 1st November, hence why there are no tips recorded for that period.

Andy Holding Tips – New Review

1st October 2024

We are starting a new review today of a horse racing tipster called Andy Holding

Andy is quite a big name in the tipping business and is one of the resident horse racing tipsters at Oddschecker.

He also has his own speed ratings site but this review will be of his tips at Oddschecker.

According to the Oddschecker website, Andy made an average of 137 points profit per year from 2018-2023.

There is no breakdown of this on a yearly basis other than a profit of +34.96 points made in 2023, nor a full results spreadsheet, but those are very good headline numbers in any event.

Andy developed a love of horse racing at an early age and become a professional bettor at around age 30.

He is so highly regarded by his peers that he’s apparently often referred to as “The pundit’s pundit.”

Andy is a frequent commentator on William Hill Radio, where listeners have come to rely on his vast knowledge of the form book.

Andy also creates his own speed figures and sectional times for all UK and Irish races, both Flat and Jumps, which as mentioned can be accessed via his own site.

His Oddschecker tips are available as part of the “Oddschecker Premium Service”, which costs £19.99 per month.

As one of the most popular tipsters in the UK we are looking forward to trialing Andy’s service and in particular to see how his prices hold up.

We will get the review underway today then and will report back here soon on how things are going.

In the meantime you can check out Oddschecker Plus tipster Andy Holding for yourself here.

Tennis Profits – Final Review

Tennis Profits is a tennis trading membership site created by pro trader Paul Shires together with Matt Bisogno from Geegeez and the Goal Profits team.

It is designed to help members make consistent profits from live tennis markets on Betfair. The service offers in-depth education, live trading insights, and advanced statistical tools to give traders a professional edge when trading ATP and WTA matches.

When we first reviewed Tennis Profits, we were impressed by the depth of content and the professionalism behind it.

It was clearly built by experienced traders who understood both the technical and psychological sides of tennis trading.

Since then, the platform has continued to evolve — adding new features, refining its strategies, and enhancing the live stats and predictions available to members.

Let’s take a closer look at the main components of the service today.

Getting Started

The “Get Started” section provides a strong foundation for beginners and intermediate traders alike.

It’s essentially the onboarding area, guiding members through all the essentials of tennis trading before they get involved with live markets.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Mindset – One of the most overlooked aspects of trading, this module focuses on developing the right attitude, patience, and emotional control needed to succeed. Paul emphasises realistic expectations and long-term discipline over chasing quick profits.
  • Bank Management – Detailed advice on how to size stakes properly, manage risk, and preserve your bankroll through inevitable losing runs. This is practical, actionable, and essential reading for anyone serious about trading.
  • Trading Rules – Clear rules are laid out to help traders avoid impulsive decisions. These include when to enter or exit trades, when to sit out, and how to react to price movements.
  • Trading Basics – A great introduction to how the Betfair tennis markets work, including the difference between backing and laying, how odds move during matches, and how liquidity behaves across tours and tournaments.
  • FAQs – An ever-growing list of common questions answered clearly, making it easy for new members to find their footing without confusion.

Together, these sections provide a structured, confidence-building start for anyone new to tennis trading.

Tennis Trading Strategies

Tennis Profits comes with a collection of tried-and-tested trading strategies, each explained in detail with examples, setups, and video walkthroughs.

These are designed to work in different match scenarios — whether you prefer pre-match trading, in-play opportunities, or reacting to live momentum shifts.

The main strategies include:

1. Back the Server

A simple but powerful in-play strategy, this involves backing the server at key moments where their odds are expected to shorten if they hold serve. The guide explains when to enter, ideal scorelines, and how to exit safely.

2. Lay Set 1 Winner

Based on the statistical tendency for players who win the first set to lose focus or face a stronger response from their opponent in the second set. This is especially useful in women’s matches, where momentum swings are more frequent.

3. Swing Trader

A medium-term strategy designed to capture price swings over several games or sets. Perfect for those who like to trade around momentum shifts rather than point-by-point markets.

4. Lay the Leader

This strategy targets overreactions in the market when a player goes ahead — often when the odds shorten too aggressively. By laying the leader, traders can take advantage of natural corrections when matches swing back.

Each strategy is backed up with real data, live examples, and advice on when to sit out — a key part of successful trading.

Stats Section

This is where Tennis Profits really shines. The stats hub provides an immense amount of data and match intelligence that’s hard to find elsewhere — all presented in a trader-friendly format.

Live Matches

For all ATP and WTA live matches, members can view:

  • Comprehensive head-to-head records
  • Recent form and match history
  • Surface-specific stats
  • Ranking trends
  • Live in-play data such as break-point conversion, hold percentage, and serve stats

This data allows you to make informed trading decisions in real time, without having to bounce between different websites or databases.

Player Stats

The coverage is enormous, spanning the top 900 men and women players. Each player page includes their historical performance by surface, year, and opponent type — making it ideal for spotting trading angles or mismatches.

Match Predictions

Another valuable feature of Tennis Profits is the daily match predictions, complete with detailed breakdowns, confidence ratings, and suggested trading approaches.

Here are a couple of examples from recent coverage:

ATP Shanghai

Sonego 1.62 v Hanfmann

Due to start at 10 am

Confidence rating 7/10

Sonego 4-1. Most recent Jan 2024, hard, Sonego in 3rd set tie break. His other wins were all on clay in 2021 and 2019. Hanfmann won indoors in 2017, 3 sets. Hard win %’s are better for Hanfmann.

Sonego lost in the 1st round last year. Quarter finals at the Australian Open 2025. He has a decent record in his first match of tournaments.

Hanfmann lost in the qual round last season. This time, he made it through the qual rounds. CH semi in Sep. He has not won a main draw ATP match on hard in 2025.

12 month and 2025 stats are a little better for Sonego.
Back Sonego around 2.00 to 2.20 and remove liability at 1.60.

WTA Beijing

Semi finals at the US Open 2025, Final in Miami 2025, 4th Round in Indian Wells 2025, Title in Austin 2025, Quarter finals in Doha 2025, 3rd Round at the Australian Open 2025, Final in Adelaide 2025.

12 month and 2025 stats are stronger for Pegula.
Back Pegula round 2.20 and remove liability at 1.65.

Chat Room

The live chat room is one of the standout features of Tennis Profits. Here, members can follow live trades executed by professional trader Paul Shires in real time.

Paul explains his reasoning behind each trade — why he’s entering, where he’ll exit, and what he’s watching for — so you can learn as you watch. It’s effectively live coaching in action, and many members find this one feature alone worth the subscription fee.

The chat room also encourages community engagement, with members sharing their own observations, discussing matches, and supporting one another. It creates a collaborative learning environment rather than a one-way service.

Conclusion – Final Verdict

Tennis Profits continues to stand out as one of the most complete tennis trading education and analysis platforms available today.

From its step-by-step guidance for beginners to its live data, strategies, and professional insights, it provides everything you need to trade tennis seriously and profitably.

Pros:

  • Professional, data-driven trading education
  • Excellent coverage of ATP and WTA matches
  • Live stats and match predictions updated daily
  • Real-time chat room with pro trader guidance
  • Suitable for both beginners and advanced traders

Cons:

  • Requires time and discipline to learn effectively
  • Best results come from active participation rather than passive following

Overall, Tennis Profits remains highly recommended for anyone serious about learning tennis trading the right way.

It’s informative, professional, and continually evolving — a genuine edge for those who put in the effort.

You can get a 21 day trial of Tennis Profits for just £1 here.

Tennis Profits – New Review

23rd June 2022

Today we are starting a new trial of a tennis trading service called Tennis Profits.

Those of you familiar with the ever-popular football trading service Goal Profits will not be surprised to learn that they are branching out and bringing their considerable trading expertise to another sport.

The service is a collaboration between Paul Shires – who has run the Trade Shark Tennis service for over ten years now – Matt Bisogno of the excellent GeeGeez racing website – and Steve Brown of the aforementioned Goal Profits.

Paul is the main man doing the trading and he has been a full-time pro tennis trader for a number of years now.

In terms of what the service is all about, it follows a similar structure to Goal Profits. There are:

  • Trading Guides – getting started etc
  • A stats database of over 900 male and female players
  • A live stats tool for trading matches in-play
  • A set of strategies for trading tennis matches
  • A live chat room where you can follow along with Paul and his trades
  • Full support from the team

So it’s pretty comprehensive and the aim is to provide a full set of tools for those who want to trade tennis successfully – much in the same way as Goal Profits does for football.

To kick off the new service, Paul is even giving away a FREE guide which you can pick up. It’s a perfect time to get started with Wimbledon getting underway next week.

Meanwhile we’ll be taking a look at the nuts and bolts of the service and getting to grips with what it’s all about. We’ll report back here soon on what we’ve found.

In the meantime you can check out Tennis Profits for yourself here.

Elite Basketball Tips – New Review

3rd February 2025

We are starting a new review today of a basketball service called Elite Basketball Tips

This is a service run from the Betting Gods platform and they have been tipping since January 2023, so just over two years now.

The stats are very impressive, with 269 points profit made in that time, with a 23% return on investment (ROI) and a 65% win rate.

Certainly if they can maintain those stats then this would be one of the best sports service we have come across in some time.

The tips come in a variety of leagues from the NBA to European leagues and the likes of Japan and China. Bets cover markets from match odds to over/unders and handicaps.

Given the types of markets being tipped in we will have to see how prices hold up.

Fingers crossed for a good trial though as we haven’t come across many good basketball tipsters over the years so would be good to find one.

We will get things underway today and will report back here soon on how they are getting on.

In the meantime you can check out Elite Basketball Tips for yourself here

BSP Profits – New Review

1st March 2024

Today we are starting a new trial of very promising horse racing tipster called BSP Profits

This is a service that is based out of the Betting Gods network of tipsters and has been tipping for just over a year.

In that time they have made an excellent 139 points profit to 1 point level stakes.

That has been achieved with a phenomenal return on investment (ROI) of 50% and at a decent strike rate of 32%.

What is even more remarkable though is that – as you may have guessed from the name – all of this has been achieved at Betfair SP!

Now it is widely known how hard it is to make any kind of profit at Betfair SP, so these results really stand out.

They will also make great appeal to those whose bookie accounts have been restricted or closed, offering up the chance to make profits just via the exchange.

Making a consistent profit at Betfair SP is what we have often called the “holy grail of betting” here at Honest Betting Reviews.

Before we get carried away though, let’s just remember we have seen promising results coming into our trials many times before that have then failed to pan out under live test conditions.

So let’s wait and see how this one performs over the course of trial before jumping to any conclusions.

The results so far do give us cause for hope though so fingers crossed for a good trial.

We will update results here as we go along as usual so you can see how they are getting on.

In the meantime you can check out BSP Profits for yourself here.
